Tasting Note
Dark red in colour with vibrant purple hues. This wine exhibits aromas of dark chocolate and plums. The wine was matured in oak barrels for 15 months and this gives the palate its richness and depth. The wine is full and luscious and is layered with flavours of plums, dark cherry and pepper. With silky tannins it creates a smooth, soft finish and lingering mouthfeel. A full bodied wine it is an excellent example of Barossa Valley Shiraz and will reward cellaring for up to 10 years.
