Tasting Note
Deep purple in colour. This wine exhibits strong fruit flavours and aromas of plum, vanilla and herbs. The palate is full and luscious and is layered with flavours of strawberries, plum and chocolate. This wine has a firm fruit backbone with rich gentle mouth filling tannins. A medium bodied wine with smooth acidity, good length and fruit flavours that persist and glide across the mouth. Great with roast Lamb.
